Full and Final Settlement (FnF) is the process a company follows to clear all pending dues of an employee when they leave the organisation—whether through resignation, termination, or retirement. It includes calculating the employee’s final salary, unpaid leaves, bonuses, gratuity, deductions, reimbursements, and all other payable amounts up to the last working day.

 During the Full and Final Settlement process, the employer verifies all accounts, completes necessary approvals, and releases the final payment to the employee. Once all calculations and payouts are completed, the FnF settlement formally ends the employee’s financial association with the company.
